Crown of Kings Description

Crown of Kings is a dark fantasy, third-person dungeon crawler where you rise from the grave to reclaim a lost kingdom. Begin in a humble village, prepare for the dangers ahead, and descend into procedurally generated dungeons teeming with enemies and treasures. Every piece of equipment matters — your strength comes not from levels, but from the weapons and armor you carry. Lose them, and you feel the difference.

Survive brutal battles, gather loot, and recruit loyal followers as you uncover your forgotten past and challenge the undead Lich King. Advance beyond the dungeons into a fallen city, rebuild your legacy, and ascend through Wealth, Power, and Notoriety.

In the final act, take the throne as King. Command armies at the Campaign Table, assign ranked followers to liberate enemy lands, and shape the fate of the realm through strategy, conquest, and leadership.

About Almighty Games

Billy McDaniel

Almighty Games is the banner of Billy McDaniel, an American independent game developer currently based in the Philippines. Since 2014, under the Almighty Games banner, Billy has released six titles on Steam, including Save Jesus, Zombie Ballz, Bully Beatdown, Hail To The King, Giant Blobs From Mars, and Caveman World: Mountains of Unga Boonga.

Billy has worked full-time in game development for over a decade, with a background spanning 20+ years in web development and music. He has also taught more than 20,000 students worldwide through his Udemy courses on Unity, C#, and Blender, maintaining a 4.7-star average rating.

Crown of Kings is Billy's most ambitious project to date — a dark fantasy dungeon crawler inspired by classics like Diablo and Valheim, blending procedural dungeons, gear-driven progression, and kingdom-building systems. The project began as a game jam entry and evolved into a long-term production, now approaching its first Early Access release.
