Curse Cloud fills the air with a swirling purple haze that hinders movement. Mummies rely on this sinister ability to cripple adventurers’ speed, cutting their pace nearly in half the moment they step inside. What seems like a harmless mist quickly becomes a deadly trap once enemies close in.
The slowing effect lasts only while you remain within the cloud, but that is often long enough for the mummy and its allies to strike. Escaping can feel like wading through mud while foes press their advantage at full speed. Vigilant adventurers learn to watch for the casting animation and keep their distance, as avoiding the cloud entirely is the surest way to survive its effects.
