Use Scrolls
Capable of casting spells through consumable scrolls.
Scroll Use grants enemies access to powerful one-use incantations. While rare, those who wield scrolls can unleash devastating effects without warning, summoning Fire, Poison, or other destructive forces. Some scrolls create damaging barriers, others spread wide-reaching area effects.
Enemies use the very same scrolls available to players, and the effects look identical. This can cause confusion in the heat of battle. Adventurers may mistake an enemy’s Fire Barrier for their own until they realize they are taking damage from it. Combat becomes highly unpredictable when scrolls are in play, demanding awareness and adaptability to survive.
