Corrosive fluids that burn flesh, weaken armor, and dissolve the unprepared.
Acid Damage represents the slow agony of corrosion. Some creatures secrete bile or spit toxins, while others coat their weapons in alchemical sludge. Acid eats through flesh, leather, and steel alike, leaving lasting wounds that are difficult to heal.
While less explosive than fire or lightning, acid weakens defenses over time. Adventurers who underestimate it may find their armor compromised or their vitality slipping away as the caustic effects spread.
