The Deed is a collectible document with little use in Act I. While currently a filler item, it will become extremely valuable in Act II, when property ownership and estate management are introduced.
A trader in Act II will exchange full stacks of deeds for random properties and estates, making them an essential part of building wealth and influence in the late game. Adventurers are advised to hold onto any deeds they find.
