The Shackles are a pair of iron restraints used to fasten a prisoner’s wrists or ankles. In Act I, they appear mostly as junk loot with little value.
Future development may expand their role, possibly linking shackles to crafting, traps, or thematic questlines, but for now they serve primarily as collectible filler.
