The Lich King Crown is obtained by defeating the Lich King in the Act I finale. Unlike other loot, the crown cannot be worn or kept. It serves only as the quest collection item for The Lich King quest. Returning it to the quest giver rewards the player with 10,000 silver, marking the conclusion of the Act I storyline.
Though it may appear as a powerful relic, the crown cannot be equipped. Its sole purpose is to prove the Lich King’s defeat and complete the quest. Once turned in, it is permanently removed from the player’s inventory.
