The Lich King is the supreme undead lord, feared as the pinnacle of necromantic power. Dwelling deep within the underworld, he commands unmatched sorcery and vast armies of the dead, making him the ultimate challenge for any adventurer.
In the game, the Lich King is a boss who thrives on summoning. At any moment, he can call forth Liches, Slime Fiends, and Mummies to overwhelm players with sheer numbers and deadly variety. His immunity to Necrotic damage negates the devastating Mass Death Scroll, forcing players to adapt as his minions resist and endure repeated attacks.
The battle begins with the Lich King encased in a protective sphere, powered by arcane devices that must be destroyed before he can be harmed. Once his shield falls, he enters the fight directly, commanding his forces while striking at the player.
Upon his defeat, treasure chests materialize within the arena, rewarding the victors with lots of valuable spoils. The Lich King Crown, claimed only as proof of his fall, must be returned to complete the quest and redeem the true reward. Only by defeating the Lich King can players advance forward into Act II.
